I began my career in the accounting and finance industry in 2010 where I gained experience working as a bookkeeper in industrial companies in Calgary and Prince George. This experience made me aware of how much I enjoyed working with numbers, so I began a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2011. In January of 2012 I began working in the Public Accounting sector and truly discovered my passion for helping clients navigate the world of small business. In 2017 I made the decision to leave my job of 6 years to venture out and open my own company. This big leap was made in the hopes of being able to help more clients and to provide jobs to others in a similar position to myself; seeking a work-life balance with a young family that can often be difficult to find in the public accounting industry.
I look forward to a long and rewarding career of helping clients and making a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work I like spending time with my family both fur and human and I enjoy reading, camping, playing board games, binge watching Netflix and I volunteer some of my time sitting on the board of a local non-profit.
